Maybe I'm being slow here and this has been debated already, but...
Could spiral zetsu be using Yamato as his host? The host underneath has shortish black/brown hair, and it would be the only logical explanation of a host. If so I am extremely excited! Yamato has been off smoking pot for faaaaar too long, it'd be great to have him back. Also, the person who approached Sasuke at the end of this last chapter. I'm willing to bet that it's Kabuto there. It'd make sense as he's a medic nin, so he could save Sasuke; or kill him, depending on how he feels. Anyway, both of these reappearances I find likely as we're reaching the climax of the manga, if not already there. Kishi will be wanting most if not all of his main characters he's introduced to be present at the final battle. It'd be a nice end to a great story to see everyone who is still alive.
