2ndly Kabuto summoned almost all strong people and most of them are sealed permanently soo not much left for tobi to summon
3rd it took soo many years to master edo tensai for oro then another couple years for kabuto no way in hell tobi can learn it in 2 daysthats also seeing just once without any info on anything

Shisui made it 'appear' he had crushed his eyes so when he was fished out of the river by the Uchiha Police no one would try and harvest them from his corpse to use, it also meant no one would go hunting for them as they would think them gone.
In truth (and mentioned in my post!!) Danzo had already taken one and Itachi took the other!
Itachi burned his away with ameratsu recently
Danzo crushed his just before he died from his battle with Sasuke
Crushed means crushed, if i crush an egg i can still pick up the bits of the egg! Danzo's body was whole so the eye was just crushed but would still be in the socket. A crushed Sharingan is useless so oh well bad luck!
But Edo Tensei required DNA from the desired person your trying to resurrect so crushed or not crushed an eye could be used!

Finally it took Orochimaru years to figure out and learn Edo Tensei because it was a forbidden technique and not just anyone is allowed access to the materials left behind by the 2nd to learn it. Kabuto then learnt it from Orochimaru's labs, it doesnt take years to master because its just a form of summoning (stated by Kabuto). It requires a scroll no more complex than one used by TenTen to summon her blades, its whats on the scroll that matters.
Tobi saw the scroll during the demo, he saw the seal on the ground during the demo, he saw the controlling seal placed into the resurrected shinobi.

besides its just a theory, Kishi has made two primary antagonists specifically crave the eye and mention it at seperate times recently! Then Tobi ensures he is shown the technique, he must plan on using it for something or why bother putting so much emphasis on it?

Nice, good catch on the Jiraiya bit i totally forgot that. Its a real possibility! Tobi never planned on relying on Kabuto infact he even mentions that Kabuto thinks he's getting one up on him but its actually he who's getting one up on Kabuto.Yeah agreed, I also made a thread like this. I dont believe Edo works that way, they tend to come back with all their powers intact. Its the DNA thats used to create a new Edo body and then drag the soul back into it. DNA doesnt know if some body part was lost in the past so im pretty sure they come back whole (even Kabuto expressed an interest in the eye Danzo had)

You should read the manga before acting retarded... Kabuto is able to defy the laws of edo tensei and bring someone back before the moment they died.. Which he did with Madara.. and called him a "special edo"...All his other edos remain the way they were right before death..

You should understand the Manga before you call people retarded. Kabuto calls Madara's version special because he has enhanced his fusion with Hashirama's DNA. That he did after he recreated his corpse and then ran experiments on him to perfect him. Edo Tensei itself cannot do all that. He revived Nagato to the same state has he died, crippled and skeletal. He sucks up Bee's chakra which revitalises Nagato's body, returning him to his state prior to being emaciated by the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path (though still lacking in speed[18] due to being immobile for too long).
So don't start speculating till you got facts to back your stuff up. :flaw:

I've thought of the same thing before too, Tobi would be pretty damn powerful with Shisui
The alliance is screwed if Tobi revives Shisui. He could go right for Naruto and Sasuke, brainwash them to follow him, and destroy anyone in his way

Nagato will come back crippled, Chiyo will come back old, ETC ETC
Shishui's eyes were taken out BEFORE he died.. NOT after like itachi's was.. Thus if he is revived, he would be EYELESS
