Researching other characters' profiles, I have just found proof that Neji would have a chance against an MS such as Sasuke and Itachi, but not Madara. Clearly not Madara.
While reading Onoki's profile, I looked into his jutsu, Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique. It said that it destroys all chakra-based jutsu. One of those chakra-based jutsu being I believe 25 almost-complete Susano'o. That goes to show that Susano'o is a chakra-based technique which most of you thougt wasn't. Not really sure why, but yeah, you did.
It is clearly stated that any of the Hyuga clan that uses Gentle Fist have same ability to destroy chakra-based jutsu. So obviously, anything that is made from chakra, including Susano'o can be destroyed by a Hyuga. At least enough where they can get in and close the technique. Don't call this a troll because I am clearly stating facts. Don't say that they can't do it because Onoki did to, I believe 25 Madara almost-complete Susano'o who has an EMS. I don't wanna hear that.
Also, you guys may have heard this, but it also is clearly stated that the Hyuga have total control over their chakra. In the fight with Kidomaru, I was astonished that Neji poured chakra through his blindspot so he could detect any attacks from there. They can make chakra come out of any chakra point in their body, so they have complete control over. It is said by Jiraiya that in order to escape a genjutsu is to disturb your chakra. A feat that is barely a feat for a Hyuga. Again, I am just stating facts.
So by this far, the only thing to worry about is Amaterasu. Only because any jutsu such as Fire Style jutsu, or Kirin, or Water Stlye jutsu by an Uchiha would be futile against someone like Neji who has dodged probably a hundred kunai at once. Amaterasu could be very dangerous, may be even un-dodgeable. I think that is where Neji loses, or maybe come into his worse state such as when Kidomaru hit him in the shoulder and stomach.
But yeah, that's all I have, and I'm sure it's good enough. Don't call it a troll because facts are given, and I'm sure it isn't a troll when facts are given. Unless I'm wrong.
