On second thoughts maybe its not a mistake, Naruto's eyes are that of bijuu mode and yet he is not glowing yellow with a chakra cloak

So its either a new thing or kishi forgot the pigments and the cloak which seems too big of a mistake to me

Hes probably perfected his BSM mode you can also see his whiskers aren't thickened its defo not a mistake.
