Just Noticed: There were Two Kimimaro's At One Time o.O

So yeah during the war, i noticed something kinda strange...

It makes sense so its not like its a plot hole or anything...but just an interesting fact to point out...

There was kimamaro 1: The Edo Tensei...He was brought back by edo obviously and was on the battle field when edo was released...

Then there was Kimimaro 2: Inside Kabuto there was another Kimimaro who made the 'bone flute' for Tayuya to use on Sasuke and Itachi...

Am i wrong? Did Kimimaro go from being inside Kabuto to being on battle field - or were they both there are the same time :shrug:

they were there at the same time, but i dont think the one in kabuto was conscious. Or even alive at that, was probably a dna replica just like the first hokage, because we all know that for kimmimaru to have been revived thru edo he would have HAD to die first.

The Kimimaro that was apart of Kabuto is simply a shell as a result of his DNA being absorbed by Kabuto, i doubt Kabuto can use Kimimaro's Kekkai Genkai which is why the shell was created to use the Kekkai Genkai.

Kabuto has nine DNA samples within himself. One of them is Sakon/Ukon. He is using their power to give a shape to the other DNA within himself. This means, Orochimaru, Tayuya, Kimimaro and the rest are all being shaped by Sakon/Ukon's ability. If Kabuto had only Orochimaru and team Taka he would not be able to sprout the bodies like that. Notice Kishimoto made it a point to show SAKON/UKON before the other Sound Five.

In short, they are just soul-less representations of DNA given form by Sakon/Ukon's power. They are not the real thing. They are not clones like the first Hokage.

I see no reason to believe that Izanami affected the visual aspects of Kabuto's/Sakon's/Ukon's Jutsu;

As a manifestation of Sakon emerges from the base of his navel-snake, Kabuto uses the twins' kekkei genkai to access the other DNA within his body and transforms it into Jirōbō, who parts the flame-covered earth before him. Without pause, he creates a manifestation of Kidōmaru and has him ensnare the siblings — who incinerate part of the uncuttable web — before next transforming it into Kimimaro. Kabuto then blocks the area to the brother's rear, effectively caging them in between web and bone, whilst Kimimaro fashions a Demonic Flute from bone. Just as the pair manages to escape, Kabuto uses a manifestation of Tayuya to perform auditory genjutsu, incapacitating the siblings despite their Susanoo, intent on capturing them with a manifestation of Orochimaru in his true form.

As you can see above, Sakon and Ukon's Kekkei Genkai that Kabtuo is using allows him to mimic a specific type of Technique according to the blood limits within his Body as a result of the DNA he absorbed.

Kimimaru that came from Kabuto was nothing alive, just his DNA + Sakon&Ukon's KKG, more like a physical manifestation.
The real Kimimaro was an Edo
