Sasuke has decided to help Konoha, but he has stated that he wants to change this world, probably by force. Like the Elder son of the age, he desires to bring peace to the world and do this through force. That is why he wants to become Hokage. Later, Naruto will convince Sasuke that the way of the younger son is better, probably they will have a fight about it.

No, I personally think what Kishi's doing is impressive and intelligent. He wants to show that the Good is powerful and therefore he is cutting down on the villains and those on the side of Evil. As a result, he has converted and still is converting the villains into the good guys. :yeah: Examples are - Pein(Nagato), Itachi(in a way), Orochimaru, Sasuke and now maybe Obito.
