I have a few questions if....anyone is up to answering them. A few things I want to know about before I get too thick into anything around here....most of them are about the RP section, I don't like making mistakes!

*I understand that you get to use different jutsu as you rank up and as you are taught them, is this understanding correct?
*Can you use jutsu that your character already knows?
*How do you rank up? Is it post count related or are there other methods?

Yes. There are senseis that teach elements and nin/tai/gen...their names are in orange, different from everyone else.

*Can you use jutsu that your character already knows?

Depends on who you make. O_O Most jutsus still need to be taught...I have a Yamato bio, so I was trained in wood a bit...

*How do you rank up? Is it post count related or are there other methods?

Post count. Unless you're a sensei, which is an automatic kage...

Not all...O_O There are rules and restrictions for them...you have to be taught Sharingan and stuff...O_O
