Basically when you're computer/video games/electronics in general act partially retarded. They don't completely freeze, but they freeze for a few, then go back to the game, and freeze for a few again.

Bottom line, it's annoying as shell XD.

win.. if that doesnt work, buy a new computer or RAM.
