[Theory] Just how strong is Jiraiya...

yep not sure how would the fight beween them go, because Itaci was super smart, Jiraija was super experienced, but Itachi had quite a limited chakra, and to defend from Jiraiyas powerful attacks he would have needed to use some strong defense, guess Susano, and Itachi cant keep taht up for long, and Jiraiya could overcome that by playing with him untill hes out of chakra, dont thik that sealing sword of Itachis could hit Jiraiya and since orochimaru had knowladge of that sealing weapon i think jiraiya also known about that, and to avoid it so im Jiraiyas side again.

Hmm, he's probably like top 20.

A few years back he was much higher, however since then there's come to many powerful shinobi like Muu, 3rd Raikage...

Also Itachi obviously used Jirayas strength as an excuse not to kill him and capture Naruto. In reality Itachi was definetly stronger than Jiraya.

yeah you might be right, even with the 2 tads, like like when he got Kakasi with tsukuyomi he couldnt move afterwards, but im sure he had knowladge about the uciha so he might have knowns some way to fight them... closed eyes.. only sensing things with sage mode and relying on Ma and Pa

if that's d case y r u not making a thread that Kakashi can beat Nagato.but kakashi got killed by some f*****g pain's path and uable 2 stop pain's invasion.as he might have Kamui original one 2 Kamuiland.but he cannot do so.
its simple its a good strategy taken by Nagato 2 hid himself as he was cripled yet i believe he would have beat Jiraya by d Gedo Mazu Statue.

Hes strong. But im pretty sure its obvious now that Itachi is stronger than Jiraiya.
If he was to rank him in a list of strongest shinobi I would put him somewhere between 15 and 20.

look just bcus Jiraya died doesnt mean he hasnt shown enough/all his techniques.
Neji has died 2 but d only thing he ever showed is byakugan & its technique.yet he was a jonnin level ninja.

Base Jiraiya is as strong as Tsunade(without Byakugo)/Kakuzu or Hiruzen. Sage mode Jiraiya is a mid to high Kage level tier...I guess.

All I want to address is how you said that Jiraiya, Kakashi, and Tobirama have white hair. White hair is usually symbolism for wisdom, experience, or skilled. It comes from people who are old who get white hair, meaning they have learned a lot throughout life.

well jiraiya was a legendary shinobi and a very talented one....he might stand a chance against nagato too (coz he has not mastered the rinegan yet)...but in my view itachi using his susanoo can easily win against him.....

So i was thinking... just how strong is Jiraiya if Itachi said that if they attacked him with Kisame they would die, i mean Itachi and Kisame what an overpowered duo and still, or maybe Itachi taught that killing someone strong who protects the Leaf village would be a shame? it is true that he died fighting Pain, but he basicly sacrificed himselfe, and i think that if he had known about Pains power or secret... he would have won, he basicly has infinite Sage mode with those 2 overpowered Sage toads on hes shoulders with a lot of abilities we still don't know, and he easily got away from Pain i was really sad when he died... Sage mode, summonings, rasengan, seals, that... hair jutsu, a lotof incredible jutsu like that toad oil combo i think he was one of the finest..... and an other thing..... that white hair..... Tobimara, Kakashi, Jiraiya superstrong lads with white hair... not sure what to think of that...

Let me know what you guys think about this.

Look jiriya wa so powerfull that even nagato admitted had he knew of his powers secret or had such any intell he would been dead no problem and even then he was marvaled by his old sensei power
