Lol. No surprise at all that your comprehension level is this bad/low..
Obviously that statement was talking about there last fight at vote2.. You know since they haven't fought again, making it irrelevant when it's 15 years later..
Sasuke growth was shown in the Gadien and Movie, that's why Naruto said There's no shinobi greater and Kishi said Sasuke was on par with Naruto.
So again stop leaving in the past lol.
