Zaraki Kenpachi.. just how strong is this man's limit without a bankai or a shikai? Even Yamamoto was scared of his potential, in just 1 day! This is something not Ichigo has shown either. And the chamber 46 was PISSEDD OFFF when Shunsui said hes gonna train Kenpachi "how to kill". Maybe he will go avenge his "loss" to Juha bach (he doesn't know it was a different quincy).

But just how strong can this man be? Shunsui even stated if they don't do this.. in the next invasion Soul society will be crumbled. So Zaraki is the deciding factor or something?. And this can also explain why they didn't send him off to the King's palace with the others. Maybe Shinsui told the Zero Squad . Or they had this planned out for him.

Now with Unohana being revealed as the first Zaraki and agreeing to train Kenpachi, his power can increase drastically. By training with Unohana, he can improve his kendo skills to an even further extent. Not to mention all the other things that Unohana might teach him like Hado and maybe even Bakudo.

But the thing that makes me the most excited is that now Kenpachi might finally be able to learn the name of his Zanpakuto and access his Shikia, which will lead him to eventually attain Bankai. That's when things are going to get interesting.

When the Vandenreich attack again, they won't have it so easy like the first time with the addition of the Royal Court Guards, Kenpachi, Unohana and the now stronger Ichigo, Byakuya and Renji.

Amen. And I think Unohana is the strongest captain after Yamamoto. But his bankai without him going to be battle would be corny to me. If he unlocks it in a battle it would be better.

Yea possibly his Zanpakuto will be revealed. But still to think hes been as strong as he is now just from 1 day of training with the old man.. just 1 freaking day. X_X. His potential must be the highest. And I think i can see him living up to his name "Strongest Shinigami" by the end of Bleach.

i think that kenny is already at his peak physcially , if he learns kido or hado he could be yama's rival in strength , and hes not exactly the right person to take over as head captain , if he learns bankai(we know he wont), then he could be stronger than the old man!

Yes, his Zanpakuto is constantly in it's Shikia state, but because Zaraki doesn't know it's name, it doesn't grant him any special abilities that you would normally receive with a Shikia release.

Yeah, Kenpachi is a title. I believe Zaraki is his surname because he named himself Kenpachi after the strongest shinigami, and Zaraki after the district where he was from. It's similar to how he named Yachiru.

And yes, Kenpachi is in constant Shikai.

No he does not in fact have Shikai. This has been an argument i've seen in several posts about Zaraki.

Post the Manga page that shows he has it or learned it.

The only way to have a Shikai is to know your Swords Soul's name. He still doesnt know it so his Zanpakuto is still sealed in standard sword form. Once he knows its name it will be like Ichigo's in a PERMANENT Shikai state and cannot become a normal sword again, but can go to Bankai (if he learns it that much) and back to Shikai.

Yeah looks like he's going to get stronger but if he does get that powerful then the enemies must also be around the same level however even if he does gain a Bankai he will not be the one to defeat Juha...Ichigo will.

But i believe he named himself Kenpachi.. before he came to SS. And also, its not really in a shikai state like Ichigo's.. His sword is basically "dead".
