Some people have a lot and some people just don't I guess. That's why there are so many frog statues due to the inability to emanate the amount of chakra required to perform Senjutsu.

naruto has the high chakra, cause his will to never give up forces him to continue drawing large amounts of chakra, even when he runs out pretty much, cause his stamina is so high.

also i would like to point out that lee and guy also have high chakra amounts, they just don't do ninjutsu, focusing only on taijutsu, for example when they into the heavenly gates form thingie, if it wasn't for their stamina they would like pretty much collapse in pain and would stop drawing chakra, but cause of there stamina they can actually use it, and can draw the same amount of chakra as one of the hokages.

When Naruto runs out of his own chakra during a battle, he relies on the kyubi's chakra...dis is why you see his chakra flow go from blue to red. If you have 2 seperate chakras to draw energy from of course u'll gain significant amount of stamina. Gai can use ninjutsu, he is seen summoning some kind of turtle called Ninkame early in the series. Gai is a great Jounin, maybe even secound to Kakashi in Konoha but no one has ever pointed out how high his chakra is. He, unlike Lee chooses to only use taijutsu, the Heavenly gates technique that he uses allows the him to have access to an enormous amount of chakra for short periods. When Lee uses the gates technique, it is the only time he has controll of chakra. Which is why Gai tought to him.

well... If this were true, then we'd have to believe naruto, the yondaime, and jiraya were all from the same clan. So believing that, would lead us to further theorize that sage mode was discovered and perfected by this clan.

that is a great theory!!!! Look at facial features, hair, personality, fighting style, energy level, (same training progression) and all three have blood contracts with the toads.

Jiraiya was talking about orochimarus parents, not his own. Jiraiya wasn't an orphan as a child, his parents probably died of old age.



It could be a possibility, we still don't know what clan jiraiya is from.

Plus, it's not yet confirmed wheter or not yondaime went through sage training.

on your last point, we don't know if yondaime went through sage training but we do know he had a blood contract with the toads, so received some training or service
