Are you talking about Edo Madara or normal Madara? Are you also counting Susano'o or just his body?
Also, I don't recall him tanking one. The only one I remember was when Naruto used a fire Rasenshuriken on him while he was the Bijuu of the Ten Tails, which well, he survived because the Juubi has (almost) regeneration/healing.

but Madara never got hit by resenshuriken. If it is not Edo Madara it would cause him a lot of damage since Rasenshuriken affects chakra points and chakra flow.

Shinju Madara is next to invincible,nothing can harm him, he doesn't take any damage(imploding into a woman does not count as damage)
Hashirama SM Madara can also tank quite a lot, seeing how he survived Tailed Beasts making a pinball machine out of him.
He is quite the resiliant type there's no doubt about it.
And Juubito could tank the rasengans, Kaguya wasn't almost killed by it, she didn't take any damage what-so-ever. All it did was cause her Bijuu chakras to react,Kaguya herself was unharmed

on another level of what? chakra? What kaguya has in chakra she lacks in brains, Madara would have had not been affected by that move at all and kaguya almost got Vanquished by it.
