I think it may be because I don't eat enough calories in the day to begin with. I never have an appetite for some reason.

As far as other advice goes, I'm not going to advocate drug use, but if you're old enough and live in an area where it's legal, marijuana is commonly used for stimulating appetites in chemotherapy patients. It works the same on regular people too.
