First, keep a journal to track your sleeping patterns and possibly identify your causative problems. Next, avoid naps, chemical stimulants (eg caffeine), and physical activity before bed. The most important thing you can do is stick to a regular sleep schedule. Warm milk and chamomile tea also help me.

If none of this works, consult a physician.

In general, it is illegal. However, a licensed vet can put dogs down, and you can kill a dog if it is attacking someone or is attacking livestock. See here for California dog laws:

When it comes to dating, how large of an age gap is too large?

It depends on what age you are. The younger you are, the smaller the gap. Assuming one starts dating at the age of consent in many places, 16:
Age 16-18: an age gap of 2 years is acceptable.

Age 18-30: an age gap of 5 years is acceptable. The exception is that adults shouldn't date children below 18, unless they both started dating before the elder was 18, and the younger is at least 16.

Age 30-40: an age gap of 7 years is acceptable.

Age 40+: an age gap of 10 years is acceptable.

These are just my opinions. There are always exceptions, but as long as people follow the law, it's really okay by me.

He was breaking the law, so in that sense he did deserve to go to jail. However, I have no problem with euthanasia or assisted suicide, so I personally don't think he deserved it.

You mean the guys that try to guard the US/Mexican border? I think they're well intentioned if a bit misguided and possibly racist. The drug smuggling that happens over the border is a serious issue, and if they prevent that happening to any small extent, that's okay. However, I don't think the Mexicans that are trying to immigrate are really a priority.

Well, the true/original meaning of Easter is basically a fertility celebration, which is why we have the rabbits, eggs, and such. I suppose I "believe" in fertility. The modern meaning obviously has to deal with Christ's death and resurrection. As an atheist, I don't believe in that.

Really, I don't have a problem with adults doing more serious drugs. An adult should really be the only one deciding what goes into their own body. However, the harder drugs need to be legalized so that they can be tightly and safely regulated.

I was raised as a Roman Catholic, but, as I got older, I had a progressively harder time believing in god(s), miracles, and the like. I found that I couldn't commit myself to a non-falsifiable set of ideas based on an old book and the word of people who already believe it. I wasn't converted. I just came to this opinion by myself.
