I was wondering wear the actual "Dwarf in the Flask" came from, and I came across FMA wiki and it states this
While it is never fully explored, the being that would later call itself Father was originally a part of the existence within the Gate. Using the blood of his slave Number 23, the Alchemist to the King of Xerxes managed to contain a small portion of the knowledge and life of the Gate within a flask, capable of existing in the physical realm. Named simply "Dwarf in the Flask" or "Homunculus" by the people of Xerxes, this sentient creature contained a vast amount of knowledge, the most important and influential being the skills that would become standard alchemy.
and apparently the author of the manga Hiroma Arakawa never revealed to us how he was created and why? Also when?

So 'm asking for all those who have read FMA or watched FMA: Brotherhood (not the first FMA series because that goes of course halfway) why do you think that she has never explained to us the true origins of "Dwarf in the Flask.

I always thought of him as "the devil" sortoff, the negative side of things maybe? I mean when u saw "God or The Truth" at the end , they were basically the same , they only had different colours, Black and White
God/Satan, ying and yang , negative and positive, evil and good.

Yeah but how did they create him using Hoheheims blood?

He was already a entity, but with Van Hohenheims blood he was able to live outside of the flask , he was no longer a prisoner and had an actual body because of that.

no one knows for sure ...some would suggest that it was an freak accident or failed trial for alchemy/human transmutation

its proven that the thing inside the flask was part of the truth which was inside the GATE showed during human transmutation ....so its only logical to assume that someone tried doing that and end up bringing out a part of that creature

its just a guess

I think the origin of the dwarf wasn't showed cause the gate holds the truth (from what I remember someone mentioned it) and it would be complicated to explain the whole existence of the gate like what created it, what it fully contains and it goes on so the creators of FMA probably used a technique where they made the gate like a location (example heaven) and finished it at that? :)

That's what I think lol
