What's wrong with it?

You should be able to tell the vast differences between the original character designs and yours unless you were purposely going for some sort of abstract disproportionate disfigurement of the characters.

Try doing some copy work first i.e. Print(Or just a have a picture on the computer) a picture of some Naruto character then copy from it and compare your scratch drawing and the copy drawing, try to identify any errors from there.
