Hey, I'm starting to watch One Piece and I just want to know when a few things finally occur.

When does Luffy begin to use Gear 2 and Gear 3?
When does Haki get introduced, and when do the Straw Hat Pirates begin to use them more often?
When does the time skip occur?

I'm only on Episode 77, I watch the subbed versions, and I know that I'm still a LONG way from reaching these. If anyone could say an estimated episode they occur in, that would be great. I'm also skipping through the filler arcs, but I watch them sometimes.

The gears get used in the Enies Lobby arc (somewhere between 260-300 I think)
Haki is hinted throughout the series, but I believe a good explanation occurs around episode 500 (just before the timeskip)

1.Its introduced in Ennies lobby arc its around 263 episode.
2.Haki is shown 3rd episode.
3. SH uses haki more often after timeskip.
4.Time skip -516 episode.

1. Gear Second is first used against Blueno in the Enies Lobby arc.
2. Not all of the Straw Hats have haki yet so we are still waiting on that.
3. I think in the anime it is around the 515 mark, could be wrong though.

Gear second is first used against Blueno in enies lobby. Its episode 272.

Gear 3rd was against Lucci in episode 288.

1. gears are introduced in Enies Lobby (gear second in Volume 40, chapter 387)
2. Haki is first shown in chapter 1, the m3o start using it after the TS
3. The TS occurst in Volume 61 chapter 598

About gear 2nd, in One Piece 7th movie; The Giant Mechanical Soldier of Karakuri Castle shows how Luffy discovers that technique. The movie setting took place before Water 7 arc. Though i'm not sure if such moment counts as canon.
