[PC] Just Cause 2 Help!

A friend of mine gave me Just Cause 2 for a belated birthday present today and after reading countless reviews about how fun it was i started to play. Anyways im stuck on this part of the game but it isn't exactly a mission, i met the Ular boys, Reapers and Roachers (or whatever they're called) and did that stronghold takeover with the technician for each of them, after that i did one more takeover for the reapers and i did this mission for Roachers where you have to deactivate four bombs before they explode, now the thing is, i basically have nothing to do, i can't find anymore stronghold takeover missions anywhere. Is this like the end of the game? How do i find Sheldon and his gang? Is it like a bug or something and do i have to restart the entire game? Or can i like download a save game to go back to that point? Really need help, such an awesome game and i hate being stopped like this all of a sudden.

if i remember correctly at one point of the game the directioning gets really bad they put you on a mission without telling you and you have to find it. i suggest you look it up on google
