The differences between Naruto and other jinc is that his been one for all his life, Kurama mentioned that this and because he has Kushina's blood in him that his able to achieve proper resonance with his chakra. Since Kurama's chakra has been mixing with Naruto's, this has to come into play somehow in how Naruto might or might not survive the extraction.

Plus he does seem to have a strong life force so this will naturally come into play plus his has a stubborn character as well.
