What do you guys think if you lose your headband is this a sign to stop being a ninja? Or to just replace it and get yourself a new one?

If you lose your headband don't replace it just wash those wrinkles around the forehead and then after a doctor has recommended to you that it is safe to wear it again then get a new one. No wonder Sakura never got one, too expensive for her to afford.

In that scene specifically, the headband was just used to show that the lava dimension was real, and not a genjutsu

But generally I believe losing the headband symbolizes the owner no longer wishing to affiliate themselves with their birth village

I really don't think so man. Even in the end vs kayuga she was useless , she was only really able to help with Obito and that last punch.....which they didn't need.

She is great as a medic but not the greatest, She is good looking but not the best. Every major battle she takes part in, she needs to get her ass saved & yeah like you said she is useless.
