I have a feeling next chapter nRuto is coming back with something special. He has a completely different side of Kurama and that has to be something different. Maybe not something so crazy powerful but atleast something. I was thinking instead of having kcm maybe he can actually change into Kurama like bee does with hachibi. Think that would be cool or weak?

No. His BM is way more powerful. And he has chakra from all 9 beasts not just Yin Kurama.

my opinion on this is that naruto needs both halves of the kyubi for a full transformation like bee can preform

Ok both valid points but I'm just hoping for something new and interesting. If he ends up like madara and obits I'd be pretty disappointed. But if it were to be something different what do you think it would be?

He won't end up like Madara and Obito. The bijuus acknowledged Naruto as the Sage's reincarnation.
