I just thought of somthing while watching Lee fight.
If Lee took off the weights of his legs, would he be faster that Susanoo's arrow, or Susanoo at all?
If so, would Lee be a real challenge against a Susanoo-user like Madara?

Maybe but you have to remember we haven't seen Lee's speed since part 1. Remember Sasuke in part 1 was as fast as Lee and in part 2 he couldn't keep up with the Raikage. The Raikage is known as the fastest ninja alive and he has problems with Susanno. Lee can't do much.
