I started this today and it wasnt easy! I was getting stressed because i was getting annoyed on how to draw the right arm...but so far i think it's pretty good!

i do think that the hair could have a touch up but.....i like the way its turned out!

Although i still need to do the feet but i wanted some advice from fellow artists^^ Any advice is appreciated! (on the feet)

AND LOOK!!!!! ITS THE RIGHT WAY UP! ^_^!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im getting better in many areas well all comments are valuable soooooooooooooo tell me what ya'll think!

Its good,just shorten a little off the fingers,its too long xD and i think the head is a bit off.I assume you drew the head at last part right?You hv to start with the head first if not its going to be harder to draw later.Oh yeah again like last time the hairflow ^^ hmm about drawing the feet just try practicing a simple plain shoes with no textures,right foot frontside,left foot left side(im not sure hw to explain)Lol.Anyway its really good,you hv improved.keep practicing.

Most things already have been said. The hair is to plane, you should draw more hair locks. Also the fingers look a lot like that of Voldemort, but that's not necessarily bad. But there's one thing nobody has mentioned yet, it seems to me that you've randomly drew some lines on the pants and the shirt. They should be more in sync with the body movements.
For example the left arm that rests against the body, so that means there should be some folds starting from the armpit.
Also the thing is you barely drew shade on the folds you drew. A fold always means there's some shade. Now it looks like he's been cut everywhere.
