This is just a reminder to everyone the name of this Manga is Naruto Shippudden a offset of Naruto. From the beginning and to the end the manga will always focus more on Naruto this is his life story. Sasuke has from day one of the story has always been his number one rival so of course he gets a lot of focus also. We may never get the answers we want from the other characters in this story simply because it is not about them. So who cares about why kishi is not showing the Hokages or Orochimaru or anyone else. If you want rock Lee read the side manga about rock Lee adventures. Naruto will reign supreme but he will eventually die either by Sasuke or they will die together.
