Nah bro it will include kishi's original draft that he himself cut therefore it is filler to a lesser extent. And let's say it's not filler because Kishi did write it originally we know any additions into that will be filler. The only way we can tell it's not filler is if the draft is released as well. However I look forward to the fights and all provided clone is the same as he was in the movie. As long as he remains true to form and they don't try to add his filler character from the anime.

This is so simple. Kishi work validates the anime, the article points out that the anime will stop fooling around (mostly filler) and will catch up to the manga events (Manga validates).
