Sasuke does the same. They both dislike listening to each other orders but they still do it. Like I said in my previous post.

Sasuke isn't severely mental, at least not anymore. He still feels threatened by Naruto's ability. But that's because of Rivalry, his father & brother and how far Naruto has come.

OP is actually right. Sasuke has a superiority complex, he refuses to acknowledge that someone is better than him, such as Lee and Naruto, referring to them as losers and looking down on them. But when he does acknowledge that someone is stronger than him, he obsesses and becomes distraught over it, this is the inferiority complex.

This all only happens when it comes to naruto. A lot of characters were stronger than him in part 1 but he only felt jealous of naruto because that is what it means to be a rival.
Naruto also have tried his level best to get Sasuke's recognition.

Sasuke might get angry and pissed off when Naruto gets stronger, but at least he doesn't start crying, falling over into the snow, hyperventilating over some dude that tried to kill him in the past. Sasuke has dignity and pride. He does not like seeing anyone stronger than him so of course he acts this way.
