in addition , the 'victim' can get free lectures(delivered by the one and only solo king) on subjects like ninja techniques/tactics/history , potentially making even tactile learners like Naruto grasp complex concepts in a matter of seconds.

it is limited because:
the technique is extremely chakra taxing and causes strain and visual problems to eyes that cast it.
the victim can't seem to do anything in the genjutsu(maybe sasuke did )
