Where does it say that to have control of all the tailed beasts you need the rennigon? Could it be possible that sasuke could take control just with his eyes or even naruto with his super cool chakra? Any thoughts, i'm new so go easy lol anyways can't wait to here comments.

Well, no you dont need Rinengan. Hashirama was said to control Tailed Beasts Im pretty sure and no Rinengan so it wasnt stated
