I mean somehow when talking to 1 tails, he escaped capture from madara. Probably not But was just wondering if it was a possibility, like 8 tails escaping sasuke.

In Kuramas case we know that the chakra that Naruto got from Kurama always had it's own mind and acted upon it's own will(hard to control)that is why Naruto lost control to Kurama and started transforming .
In the fight between Naruto and Sasuke we see how the chakra moves by itself:

My point is that since the chakra of Kurama has a will of it's own on the next pictures we see Naruto remove all of Kuramas chakra and that chakra looks exactly like Kurama itself on the next picture we see Kurama severely drained and in bad shape my point is that Kurama gave all of it's chakra and make it look like Madara has capterd him wile in reality Kurama is still inside Naruto but with no chakra.

I really don't think that is what he was planning. I think he has a more devious plan to trick Madara. Also we shouldn't forget Minato has a portion of the Kyuubi's chakra as well. So Kurama can still dwell inside Naruto because all Bijuu's are essentially just a mass of chakra. The answer to our question lies in his question to Gaara. What could he have asked him to do or wanted to know? I assume it has to do whether Naruto can live an extraction because they hope that he will be able to get up quickly and take them back from Madara. I remember hearing somewhere that Gaara actually became better without the Bijuu inside him so that may also be a part of it.
Or I could be entirely wrong and have it be something completely different.
