Naruto is not the jin of alll bijuu that would be a juubi jin. The bijuu each shared a piece of their chakra with Naruto. The bijuu also dont belong to NAruto they dont belong to anyone. If they did you would see people trying to get Naruto cells to become Juubi Jins but they dont :lol:

Even in the chunin arc, Sasuke had to be ner- I mean, stopped from watching the chunin prelim exam because he'd just copy all of the moves he could and he'd be too op.

Kishi's nerfs to Sasuke's ability to copy have always been his way of balancing out a universe that Sasuke would otherwise break with his OP powers.
