(Doton: Kachiku Kanshou ) Earth Release: Bovine Intervention

Description: This Jutsu is based on the Earth Chakra's abilities to harden or soften any earth feature. By slamming the user's palm on the ground, or on any thrown or erupted earth structure, the user is able to harden or soften the said structure, all at once. The technique is based on the user's chakra reservations, and thus the area and volume of the feature the user wishes to change varies with it.
As described this technique has two variants:

(Buru no Ai Naguriai ) Bison's Love Fist, which allows the structure struck by the right hand to harden immediately. Basically, any soft structure, such as Sand, Gravel or Mud (Created by Earth Release (Canon Element), not Mud Release (Custom Element)) will turn into rock.

(Ushi no Nyuujou Kissu) Cow's Milky Kiss, which allows the structure struck by the left hand to soften immediately. Basically, any hard structure, such as Rock, Harden Mud or Earth will turn into sand.

Bovine Intervention is basically a technique to change the physical properties of earth jutsu which can be useful. For example, If someone were to use Swamp of the underworld, Bovine Intervention(with the use of Bison's Love fist) can harden the swamp back to its original form, regular earth. Thereby nullifying the jutsu.

Using the second part of this technique, I can pretty much turn earth jutsu of the same rank, and below, into sand which proves useful when dealing with using the blunt force essentially softening the impact.

One question: When the earth is turned into sand, is it then vulnerable to water?

It doesn't change it's elemental strength, nor gives it motion. Sand is weak to water because it absorbs it and becomes to heavy to manipulation, but you're not manipulating it, just turning something into sand, so the strength to water maintains. When you use this against other technique, you have to take in account the rank, same as if you were using an offensive jutsu. It neutralizes the swamp of the underworld, but doesn't overpower it. Meaning you can't actually turn it back to normal, but you can get rid of the opponent's chakra grip on the swamp (allowing you to walk over it).

Description: The user creates 10 small hare-like earth structures, which appear from the ground at least 20 meters from the opponent, all around. Their purpose is to approach the target and once they touch it, they blast outwards, with a small explosion, just like Paper Bombs. They're as fast as normal hares, but they're also as coward. They hide underground while the opponent is looking in their direction, and only move when in the opponent's blind spot. The transition between hidden and moving is almost instantaneous, and while underground they're undistiguishable to the naked eye (Can be seen or sensed by Byakugan and Chakra Sensors)

This is a pretty unique jutsu. Not many people are active sensors and again not many people have dojutsu. This jutsu is perfect so sneaking up on the enemy and hitting them in their blind spots. The explosion of paper bombs do have a large radius, so having 10 hares all doing that would cause some damage, even if its a C rank tech.

Suddenly the chakra shoots up out the ground as a vortex that hit the opponent violently causing severe damage.

Okay, this is a very interesting taijutsu technique, and makes sense for it to be an actual technique, because it can't be done with freestyle alone xD it's a more refined stomp on the ground, releasing a large vortex of chakra upwards from underneath the opponent, which not only is quite damaging on itself, but also opens up the target for following attacks, either taijutsu, due to it's short range or ninjutsu because it throws the opponent away, giving you time to prepare for a ninjutsu tech).

Correct. Remember that the burst of chakra has a slight delay. 1 or 2 seconds at most. So if you were to use if the opponent would see you kick the ground and would be confused but before they can finish that thought. They are hit.

Ah I did not know that, makes it more of an opening move rather than something you can throw in the middle of a combo. Though, can we move our upper body while waiting for the shockwave? As in,c an we be focusing on a different taijutsu move while simultaneously doing this one?

Yea you can move the upper half of your body. And it is a good opener but it can also be thrown in the middle of a combo if you set it up right.

Alright!

Swan Driver allows you to charge lightnign chakra through your leg making it act like a chainsaw. It's a very timely and efficient technique, and would allow for combos such as throwing a kick, having your opponent block it, and then pressing the kick further with the added lightning, breaking the block (and worst xD).

Correct. Love that jutsu to death. Also good for cutting through Earthen defenses and the like.

The next one is pretty simple, but very useful still. I see it more of a supplementary usage that an actual offense. it of course spells immediate defeat for anyone underground, but it also ciuld be used to neutralize earth techniques bellow you, like destroy pillars and making the swamp neutral (so you can walk on top of it). I also think this can be used in water, because it doesn't actually have much to do with the ground itself, it's just an ingrained infusion of lightning into a medium.
