Watched Jurassic World today and I gotta say the trailers for this movie didn't do it justice
The movie was 100x better than the way the trailer portrayed the actual film, the Indominous Rex throughout the film was very creepy and her roar was quite unique, the special effects were amazing, amazing animatronics as well.
its right up there with the first film, I honestly can't choose which one is better.
And for a small spoiler that doesn't spoil anything we would already know
Yes the old park and visitor's center is in this film and the vehicles it's a restricted area
There's so much I want to say about the film but can't.
The Trex gave feels
Plenty of memorable scenes.
And the ending was the best ending of the series. Yes including the first.

My rating ----> 10/10

Yeah I saw this movie last friday and I have to say it was Amazing, at first after the movie I was going through the entire movie in my head and couldn't give it an actual response to when my friends asked me what I thought of it, all I could say was that it was Awesome, but after going through it and remembering it, I absolutely loved it.

I have been a JP fan since I was 5, and seeing some of those scene's definitely had huge nostalgia factors. As well as considering that Rexy (the T. Rex) is the very same one from the original movie.

The Indominus Rex, from a paleontologist view that would be the scariest thing to have ever roamed the earth and glad its only a fictional genetic amalgam of some of the deadliest carnivores and other species (T. Rex + Velociraptor + Carnotaurus + Giganotaurus + Majungasaurus + Rugops + Cuttlefish + Unknown Tree Frog + Other Modern Animals). From a fan prospective.......Holy **** that thing is awesome terrifying but Awesome!

yeah the JP theme is played numerous times in the movie, even a newer version of it is played, the theme helps kick in some of those Nostalgia factors lol

I absolutely loved it.

Did anyone else LOLed when Claire and that Raptor dude started kissing out of nowhere when everyone around them was running away from those flying dinosaurs? Such a random moment in a chaotic scene. :lol

First movie in a while to catch my attention.
I rate 8.5/10 only because I already knew that huge sea monster was gonna be the thing that killed the half Raptor/T-rex in the end.

Movie was great I have only watched the first one so knowing that they abandon the sequels in the cannon makes it more of a great movie <3 the nerd IT guy in the movie and chris pratt were probably the best performances xd

I just watched it. Amazing movie, it definitely lived up to the whole hype and more, though I've always had a very weird relationship with the JP movies. I was still a small child when I saw the first one and it practically traumatized me, the raptor scenes in particular where they were hunting the kids. I just had to have one dino reference and I would have nightmares. Strangely enough at the same time I was attracted to it. I love watching dino documentaries (most recently on Nat Geo where they staged an autopsy on a T-Rex), so that really didn't help my dino nightmares, and I also watched all the JP movies in the cinema. Around 70-80% chance I'm going to have a bad dream this night '>.>

Two things bothered me quite a lot though with this movie.

1) How is it possible that the IR seemingly got unscathed completely from everything it went through till the death match at the end of the movie? Ok fine bullets and the stun guns, that he gets away with that I can understand, but the heavy machine gun of the chopper? The bazooka? Everything he rammed his body through? And above all the hit it took from the Ankylosaurus? He took a direct hit from its tail, which is practically a heavy, nearly indestructible mace. They have found fossils of T-Rexes who presumably died from injuries resulting from being hit by an Ankylosaurus as their tails could easily shatter bones and the IR took a direct hit .-. he should have been crippled.

2) The death of Zara Young, the assistant who had to take care of the two boys. There have been many people who died, so it's not so much her dying that bothered me, but she simply did not deserve that. I mean she only became sporadically in the movie and didn't really do much in particular. Yes she was acting a bit irresponsible considering she was supposed to take care of the two boys, but realistically that wasn't even her job, her boss was supposed to be the guide of her nephews and she ditched them on her. Originally I thought she actually survived the attack of the Mosasaurus as it grabbed the body of the pterodactyl, not its beak and normally you automatically have the reflex to open your mouth. So I really believed she should have been released from the beak. I was expecting her to pop up somewhere again at the end of the movie, but apparently she really died... The fat guy who released the IR, the guy who wanted to use the raptors and the IR as weapons...their deaths were quick and then partially of screen. What did she do deserve such brutality .-.? I mean look at how much they focused on her demise >.< This is really going to bother me for a few days.
