I read somewhere that Naruto's formulated plot isn't always the original work of Kishimoto. I know that he has a team of advisors, who constantly give him alternative ideas, but do you think that his advisors have influenced an immense change in the original plot, causing what some would call plot holes?

No, I don't think so. It would surprise me if he listened to one of his advisors and incorporated something that would change the original plot a lot. He could have listened to some things and changed some minor things, but it would surprise me if he would incorporate something that would change the entire plot.

And well, plot holes belong in a story that is ongoing. Otherwise it wouldn't be that interesting to read
