#04-05 : December 21 (Sathurday because Monday 23 is a Public Holiday).
Jump Next! 2014 Winter : December 27.
#06-07 : January 04.
#08 : January 20.

The two breaks I mentioned are shown here. Unless Kubo ends up taking more breaks on his own, there should only be two breaks in the next month and a half.

Not necessarily. The dates shown are for the official release WSJ issue. So the next official release is on December 2. However web sources like Manga Stream and Mangapanda may manage to get access to the Magazine before then and release new chapters before the official release.

This schedule just outlines that there are a couple of double releases coming up and two more WSJ breaks.

No chapter this week. Here's how you look at the schedule: Look at the official release date for issue #1 which is the issue the manga is promised to resume. It's December 2nd. Look at a calendar and back up to the Tuesday/Wednesday before that. That is when you can expect the chapter from that particular issue to be shared by ***********/Mangapanda. November 26/27 is when we can likely expect the next chapter. This is because they have early access to the magazine.
