His military strategy is unparalleled, he fought much more than 30,000 with less than 30,000 on his own side. Giving them equal troop numbers is rape at the hands of Alex. Even when Alexander's enemies tried to ambush them, he had already anticipated such a scenario and overwhelmed, Jaxartes is a good example of that.

Alexander. From what I've read of him, that man could inspire any army to be unstoppable and a pure strategic and tactical genius.

Caesar is no joke though, also very incredible. But Alexander seems to be the peak level of a general.
