Juken or Strong fist? Which one is a better style out of the two?

What good is a strong fist if one can't hit his opponent.. Gentle fist is to the point (Pun intended) & can break you down with a touch granted being hit by a strong punch wouldn't benefit the opponent either..

Both being equally skilled then I'd say gentle fist wins this..

I'm going with jyuken simply because your body either way can sustain a good bit of damage but you can't strengthen your organs. Also, can't forget that Jyuken is the faster of the two and while yes when utilized with byakugan can completely destroy the chakra network a jyuken user with their byakugan deactivated could still collapse your lung if they know where it is located.

Jyuken is fast in regards of striking speed but a Strong Fist user can casually blitz anyone with weights on now with weights off i would say go look back at the Gaara and Lee fight during the chunin exams

You assume every strong fist user has weights :/ and if we go off that whats stopping a jyuken user from learning LW? Now both parties are back to being at square one. Now if you want to compare specific fighters then go ahead but in terms of overall Jyuken wins
