They do look slightly similar well the facial expressions aren't that similar but the form is the long black hair and the cape.

Then how and why would he have Quincy powers. Plus, the zanpaktou's strength isn't much different than the shinigami's, and Isshin isn't anywhere as strong as Yamamoto....
