The dude already cut yamamoto in half and cuts his arms off thats enough to kill even yamamoto no matter how much stamina he has the really messed up part is that he completely incinerated his body into ashes.

No i'd say what Juhabach did was satisfactory, since we don't know exactly what Yamamoto did to Juhabach in the past as the way I see it the original gotei 13 where monsters so we don't know what they did but it must be bad for Juhabach to want revenge.
Anyway it was Yamamoto's fault he lost, his biggest weakness is what causes him to not be the strongest character in my opinion and before anyone says Yamamoto never used his bankai on Juhabach, it's pure speculation whether or not Yamamoto would win since Juhabach still had his Vollstandig he could have used.
Anyway I feel Yamamoto sort of got what was coming to him as we only have a brief idea of how he was in the past not to mention in the two battles he lost he made the exact same mistake, he underestimated his enemy with Aizen he underestimated that Aizen would outsmart him, and with Juhabach he was to confident that no one could steal his Bankai and without his Bankai he never stood a chance against Juhabach.
