| Name: Jugram Haschwalth Nickname: The Balance Gender: Male Age: 17 Clan: Yuki Looks: Jugram is a thin and moderately tall man standing at 5”11’. His hair is thin and blonde which stretches past his shoulders in length. His regular attire is a white uniform which consists of a white hooded cloak, mid-thigh length trench coat, white pants, and white shoes. His eyes are dark blue in color and he has a small, thin nose. His physique is moderate and boasts no excessively strong physical qualities. Personality: During his childhood Jugram was a fun loving and innocent child. However when war struck Kirigakure and his father died his innocence began to become tainted with blood. By the time he left Kirigakure he had gained a slight cynical side, even at his young age. This cynical trait has remained with him for years. Jugram’s most prominent trait is his fierce loyalty to his commanding officers. He will defend his commanders even against his own allies. He maintains a very respectful tone to those in command and will defend them at all costs, even if it is his own life. His loyalty to his commanders is absolute. Second to his commanders are his close allies and those he trusts. He will, like his commanding officers, defend them to his last drop of blood. During most situations, diplomacy or battle, Jugram does not allow his emotions to get the better of him. He will maintain a calm composure in most difficult situations. Being taunted will not bring Jugram to blindly strike enemies. During rare fights where he is fighting against someone he is passionate against he will surrender to his clan’s battle instinct. During this state he becomes much more ruthless and violent. However, this side of him rarely comes to the surface. |

Suiton As a naturally born member of the Yuki clan and having an acute interest in water from a young age Jugram gained a natural affinity toward the element. Under intense training with Edward. Jugram further honed his abilities with water and became able to use all water techniques with a single hand seal. Fuuton Under the training of -L- Jugram gained an affinity toward wind. As the second half of his clan’s kekkei genkai Jugram was born with an unnaturally high ability to manipulate the wind around him. Due to -L-’s training Jugram became able to weave the hand seals required for wind techniques at a faster rate than other ninja. Raiton During his training with Souji, Jugram came to gain a great understanding of the lightning element. He is not able to use the lightning element with greater proficiency than other ninja but he does have a strong understanding of its uses in combat. Background Information
| Red Ice Jugram was born to the Yuki clan of Kirigakure a few years before the civil war gripped the country. Before the war the clan fully embraced their bloodline power over ice. Jugram grew up in this friendly and accepting environment which cultured his innocence as a child. From an early age he exhibited a love of the element water and peace. Both of them, to him, went hand in hand. When politics in the Land of Water began to heat up the Yuki clan took a stance in the mess. War quickly was sparked and the Yuki clan did not hold themselves back. Jugram had just had his sixth birthday. His parents decided to keep him from the war but they themselves participated. The war intensified quickly. Within days hundreds had been slaughtered or assassinated. On one fateful mission Jugram’s father had not returned home alive. He had instead been assassinated by one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. To this day no one is quite sure of who had carried out the assassination. On this day Jugram’s young child innocence was shattered by the bloodshed. Within a year the war ended. Jugram’s mother had survived. However the war changed Kirigakure and the surrounding lands. No longer were those with kekkei genkai accepted as normal humans. Segregation and hatred soon bred within the land against those with special abilities that stood them out from other ninja. The hatred grew quickly. It spread as fast as a weed in a garden and as dangerously as a raging wildfire. No one was safe from this hatred. It looked like Kirigakure was once again on the verge of war. Soon assassins bore themselves down on the Yuki clan. Lives quickly were lost as despair raged rampant through the Land of Water. Jugram’s mother rushed to have Jugram taken from the village and into safe hiding. His mother still held connections to other people outside of the Yuki clan who were not being watched or targeted. Her friends took Jugram at the young age of seven. He didn’t understand why. He just knew life for him was no longer safe without his father. That young innocence had died but his desire for peace still lived on within him. However something about that love for peace had changed within him. Jugram lived with his new family on the outskirts of the Land of Water. They soon crossed the border to live in the far reaches of the Land of Fire. By Jugram’s 14th birthday he had started to develop a sense of wanderlust. With a heavy heart he left the only people he had that connected him to his life in Kirigakure and his family. He travelled through the Land of Fire and soon found himself in Amegakure. At first upon entering Amegakure he found that the people did not immediately accept him. All this time he kept his kekkei genkai hidden from the world. He felt at a time like this it was even more necessary. However he made his way there. Soon he discovered the Amegakure’s hidden ability – Ameton. Through manipulation of his water chakra, which had become his natural affinity, Jugram became able to manipulate rain. By his 17th birthday Jugram departed Amegakure. It was at this point where he found himself indecisive about where he wished to go next. However as fate would have it his decision would be made up for him. Sound of Death Shortly after his departure from Amegakure Jugram saw a hooded figure appear in the sky announcing the revival and restoration of the Land of Sound. Jugram had been without a true home for years now. He had lost his family and friends and was left only to wander through the lands. He took this opportunity to help the people of the Land of Sound recover from the cruelty of Orochimaru. He made his way to the heart of the village where he met his companions and Erzo, the Otokage, and swore himself to his service and village. During the months after the reestablishment many foreign ninja interfered in Otogakure including the infamous leader of Akatsuki and Konoha shinobi. The Akatsuki’s leader herself had come to Otogakure to hunt down bounties on ninja that deserted Kirigakure when Erzo’s message appeared in the sky. One of the bounties was on Nathan. Lili-Chwan arrived near the village’s bar on her parrots to search from him, Moxxi, and Method. She had no interest in destabilizing the village itself and as such Erzo was safe from her hunt. However her actions indirectly caused the village pain when she captured Moxxi and killed Nathan and Method. Jugram took great sadness in seeing his teacher and companions taken by the grips of war and despair. This brought back the memories of his home in Kirigakure. Even this far from home the Mizukage and her shinobi could still affect his life. Once again he felt helpless and shattered. Shortly after the disruption in the village Erzo organized the ninja of Otogakure in order to make a retaliatory effort against Kirigakure. Jugram unfortunately did not possess the training needed for their mission. He had to stay behind. However shortly after their departure Jugram met Barney Stinson. Barney was a member of the Binkan clan and one of the ten members of the Akatsuki. He is a legendary ice and water master and holder of the Resonator, a legendary sword from Otogakure itself. Barney had taken note of Jugram’s bloodline and his abilities and took him under his wing. He wished to teach him how to properly manipulate his chakra and teach him strategy in battle. By this time the war against Kirigakure had ended uneventfully. Erzo and his fellow Otogakure ninja had returned from Kirigakure. Their mission, while not a complete success, had secured the safety of the village. A New Home The strain of the war with Kirigakure and the Akatsuki’s meddling had taken a great toll on Otogakure. After some time had passed Erzo had felt it was best for him and his fellow ninja to disband and end their efforts. Once again Jugram was left without a home. However, he already had a new home in mind. On the day of the disbanding he began to make his way to Konohagakure. A new chapter in his life was to begin… |

Weapons and Tools Longsword Jugram carries a normal sized longsword with him at all times. It is hidden under his cloak. It has no special qualities.

Jugram has a ninja tool pouch strapped to his left leg under his cloak. It contains shuriken, kunai, explosive tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, senbon, and wire.
Jugram also carries five metal rods. Each rod is cylinder in shape and is about 3 inches long and .25 inches wide. They are made of polished iron. One end of each rod is sharp while the other is flat. Two are present in each of Jugram's sleeves and are readily available in combat while the last one is in his ninja tool pouch. This is a multipurpose tool and weapon.
