His hair is thin and blonde and stretches past his shoulders in length. His attire is a white uniform. This uniform consists of a white hooded cloak and mid-thigh length trench coat along with white pants and shoes. His eyes are dark blue in color and he has a small, thin nose. His physique is moderate boasting no excessively strong qualities. Personality: Jugram's most prominent personality trait is his intense and fierce loyalty to his commanders to the point where he will fiercely guard his commanding officer against others he perceives as enemies, even if that means hurting a friend or ally. Jugram maintains a highly respectful tone when speaking to his commanders, friends, or foes. Jugram does not let his emotions get the better of him in any scenario whether it be diplomacy or combat. Jugram will maintain a calm composure in even the most difficult situations. Being taunted will not bring Jugram to strike blindly at his opponents. Jugram is extremely confident in his combat abilities. He maintains a calm mentality when approaching even the most difficult of fights. However he knows when to back down from an opponent he cannot beat and will not blindly charge into a battle without feeling his opponent's abilities and strategy. Haschwalth's nickname is "The Balance" and is fitting to his personality. Haschwalth does not believe in luck in any scenario; especially not during a battle or war. He believes firmly that strategy and careful planning will result in absolute victory over his enemies. Jugram will go to far lengths to correct what an opponent feels to be good luck with an equal amount of misfortune. In casual discussions Jugram is very blunt and will get right to the point. He avoids any unnecessary wastes of time and believes that to successfully plan one must be fully focused at the task at hand. |

Background Information
Time in Konoha Jugram was born to the Uchiha clan. In his early years Jugram was fascinated with the concept of balance and fairness. Jugram saw luck early on as an unreliable tool and a foolish concept for only the weak to rely on. His ideal that good fortune must be balanced with misfortune was born from this. To pursue such an ideal Jugram began training from an early age. He was very receptive to those around him while maintain strong loyalty to his clan's leader and Konoha. Due to being part of the Uchiha clan Jugram became associated with many members of the Konoha Police Force. His exposure to this made him very sensitive to the Uchiha clan's strife in Konoha during the reign of the Second Hokage and Third Hokage. His time with them made him somewhat familiar with the Sage of the Six Paths, Madara Uchiha, and the founding of Konoha. As the struggles the Uchiha clan faced intensified Jugram's loyalties began to shift drastically toward his clan. When tensions reached their peak Jugram's parents informed him of the coup d'etat that was to take place. They had him sent out of Konoha to avoid being included in the vicious fighting that would take place soon. Shortly after departing Jugram heard word that the entire Uchiha clan had been slaughtered by Itachi, someone he had originally looked up to as a genius. Jugram continued on his journey however, as he knew Konoha could no longer be his home. Jugram soon after arrived in the Land of Rice Fields, also known as the Land of Sound, during Orochimaru's rise to power there. Jugram found a home in a small village there. However a few years later Orochimaru abandoned the Land of Sound and due to his cruelties the land suffered severely, leaving it destitute. Rebirth of Otogakure Shortly after Jugram's 25th birthday a hooded figure appeared in the sky, announcing the project to restore the Land of Sound by reestablishing the village. Jguram had been without a purpose for far too long and he took the opportunity to help the people of the Land of Sound recover from the cruelty of Orochimaru. he made his way to the heart of the village where he met his companions and Roy, the Otokage, and swore himself to him. During the month after the rebirth many foreign ninja interfered in Otogakure including the Akatsuki and even Konoha shinobi. |
Additional Information
Sword Jugram has a regular sized sword beneath his cloak. The sword can be broken using a strong enough attack. Ninja Tools Jugram also has a bag of ninja tools underneath his cloak and strapped to his leg. They consist of regular kunai, shuriken, explosive tags, smoke bombs, and flash bombs.
