Well I was just trying to make sense of manga statement. I don't believe he's stronger than Yhwach either.

Even still, I think he's more powerful than Aizen. The manga could have been referring to the all-seeing ability. Anyone who possesses it technically is the strongest since they can always outmaneuver their opponent.
