You got it wrong. Yes, Jugo is one of my favorite characters, but in all honesty, I don't see anything wrong with this versus!
DSM Jugo is probably on par with TSM Naruto when he beat Pein...
I simply think Jugo can beat her. He has better healing, he's faster, he can modify and transform his body completely and he can shoot energy beams at his targets!

Better, she survived getting bisected by Madara's sword during the fight and currently is the only Kage conscious after the battle...and with enough chakara to summon her giant slug and HEAL all the other kages.
