He isn't immortal. His technique require her to be dead, or at least immobile for a period of time. Her strength far out matches his, along with her stamina. She can activate her Strength of a Hundred but he can't use the technique if she's still alive. If he tries she'll just pull him in a OHKO him.

I agree. Tsunade takes this low diff. Remember what Tsunade did to Kabuto before? She can simply wreck his nervous system and that would probably do the job since Jugo isn't that smart.

You got it wrong. Yes, Jugo is one of my favorite characters, but in all honesty, I don't see anything wrong with this versus!
DSM Jugo is probably on par with TSM Naruto when he beat Pein...
I simply think Jugo can beat her. He has better healing, he's faster, he can modify and transform his body completely and he can shoot energy beams at his targets!
