Id go ass far as to say mid-high diff for s2 but not even high diff. Neji just cant keep up with that speed and ferocity.

(I found a scan about Menma and the other pal. They lost against the sound 4 just because they were low on chakra, and the sound 4 all used CM2, and they didn't even kill them)

That's the difference in skill between tiers. And Neji is a lot weaker than sound 4.

Aren't you the one who bring that up everytime? Show the sound 4 scan even though it has nothing to do with this thread. We didn't see the S4 fight them so that matchup literally offers nothing. It's as bad as when people bring up the Kin& Gin brothers attacking tobirama.

They were fighting against the sound 4 in v2 being low on chakra, and they survived, and we even see a scan of the sound 4 looking pretty worn out. So they even put resistance to them.

Face it. They were too young to be put against non-elite jonnin, (not saying Neji is one of them):

Just saying this to make you see that not every battle depends on the matchup, and the abilities of each one. Sometimes the difference between tiers is enough to decide the result of the battle.
