What's all this nonsense about Kiba being too fast for Jugo? This some kind of lame ass joke? Jugo was fast enough to keep up with version 1 A and he wasn't even at full strength.
Yes you idiots, Jugo was a 12 year old boy, we all know this. He shrunk in size and obviously strength/speed etc after he healed Sasuke when they fought Killer Bee. He hadn't returned to his normal size yet.
He only returned to his normal size after absorbing that Samurai at the summit, the Jugo Ay fought was a much weaker (obviously slower version, common sense).
Jugo, at full strength, going all out (full transformation) is probably at the same level as version 1 Ay (probably stronger and faster), but dunno bwt version 2 Ay though, different story altogether.
Nevertheless, Jugo stomps even in his child form, adult form is too much. He don't even need to fight, Kiba aint dodging Jugo's lazer barrage at point blank range like A did. Jugo wipes him off the map.
By the way, even at child form, C was complaining bwt Jugo's chakra levels being insane when he went full curse mode, I wonder how much more insane he would if he went all out in adult mode.
