But it's hard to say for sure, cause we haven't really seen that much from Jugo yet.

Depends on when Chouji goes in Butterfly Mode (gee what was Kishi thinking when he made this?)

But Juugo has good chances to handle him before the battle goes in that stage.
Chouji is a large and slow moving target for the opponent (who is seemingly faster on feet and attack); chakra blast canons would end him.
