Jugo is a Sage!!!!

The "Six Paths" refers to the different paths that Sage could use. The paths are:
壱 (1) - Deva Path.
弐 (2) - Asura Path.
参 (3) - Human Path.
四 (4) - Animal Path.
五 (5) - Preta Path.
六 (6) - Naraka Path.
All of this are based on the 6 realms of Reincarnation, (Buddha) which the idea of the Sage is based on.

Please explain to me, how Juugo is able to use any of this?

Nah, Jugo can't control it like true sage. The nature energy makes him go crazy, that's part of why he freaks out the way he does.

But if he learns how to control the natural energy from anyone... Oro, Kabuto, or Naruto then he could be a true sage. This also means anyone with a curse mark could be considered a sage.Not a true sage but still on the same path.
