Jugo and senjutsu??

I was just reading up on Jugo on Narutopedia and it said that he natural energy. It also said that it led orochimaru to Ryuchi cave (dragon ground cave; this is where the white snake sage resides) where he learned senjutsu and uncovered the origin of jugos clans abilities. Does that mean that jugo and/or his clan knows senjutsu?? if so would that make him a sage??

I believe Jugo is an imperfect sage like Jiraya but yeah he can senjutsu
