Jugø's Ability vs Ashura Path

I was thinking about that sexy beast, and it struck me that his abilities are extremely similar to that of Asura path.

They both can change themselves into multiple forms.
They both can make chakra jets to propel with.
They both can fire chakra cannons.
They both can create blades from their bodies.
